Join us for our 3-hour Abnormal Blood Results Course, designed to give you a practical, evidence-based approach to some of the abnormal results we commonly encounter in general practice.

We’ll cover:

• Haematology - iron deficiency anaemia, neutropenia and lymphopenia
• Biochemistry - hyperkalaemia and hyponatraemia
• Abnormal liver blood tests - understanding abnormal results and knowing what the next steps are to take
• Lipid abnormalities - including hyperlipidaemia, familial hypercholesterolaemia and hypertriglyceridaemia
• Hyperprolactinaemia - reviewing the causes, when to investigate, how to manage and when to refer

Using practical clinical scenarios and the latest evidence, we’ll help you develop a clear and confident approach to interpreting abnormal blood results, identifying the patients who need further investigation and recognising the results that require more urgent action.
