This webinar will focus on the important, challenging work we do in caring for victims of domestic abuse and their families. There will be some scenario-based learning around presentations of abuse and how to manage these in the surgery. We will be looking at the recent changes to the law around Domestic Abuse and how that has changed safeguarding practice.
There will also be some guidance on how to continue to care professionally for the perpetrators of abuse, as this can be a particular challenge for us in general practice. There will be time during the webinar for discussion and questions about an issue that we all too commonly face. Join Dr James Booth & Dr Neal Tucker for this free one-hour session.
The webinar originally aired on Tuesday 14th March 2023 and is now available on-demand.

Brilliant in every way! I like attending live when I can, but the on demand service is great, to fit it in with a busy family life.
